Tara Halliwell

During her career in recruitment, Tara has provided staff for every major legal practice in the North West. Originally from Kent, she spent the early part of her career working in London before moving to Manchester in 1998 to take up a role with a major national legal recruitment agency. She has over 12 years experience in placing legal secretaries and other support staff. She set up Established Legal to provide a responsive and knowledgeable service and one which could provide a positive experience for both clients and candidates alike.

Ian Graves, CEO

Ian trained and practised as a lawyer with a large regional firm, entering the world of legal recruitment in 1998. He went on to become MD of a leading national recruiter before setting up The Legal Recruitment Company in 2007.

Peter Manners, Operations Director

Peter trained as a lawyer, and entered legal recruitment in 1987 before setting up his own legal recruitment business in 1990. He is well-known as one of the longest-established figures in the legal recruitment sector.
